KS vs PA: Both counting votes until Friday; national focus not on Midwest
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Several states allow for mailed-in ballots to be counted after Election Day as long as they are postmarked by Nov. 3, including Kansas. Though Kansas votes will be counted through Friday, the nation's eyes are not on Midwest voters.
