  1. Using the same Logic that "The Donald" uses on Biden, doesn't Trump have to prove he hasn't been stealing from the US Treasury to prop up his tottering "Organization" in order to keep from going to Federal Prison?

  2. "Trump claims Biden must prove votes weren't 'illegally obtained' in order to enter White House"

Actually, had Trump taken his own Civics 101 test, he'd know of the "innocent until proven guilty" rule, but he didn't, and he doesn't.

  4. CNN.🚨

    Straightforward from here:
▶️GOP controls state legislatures in key swing states
▶️Legislatures convinced of fraud; send own/no electors
    ▶️Biden deprived of 270
    ▶️State delegations in House re-elect Trump 26-23

“So the outcome would be to re-elect Donald Trump.” 🔻 pic.twitter.com/vZAnvtgNBz

  8. Yes. I'm well and truly devastated.

  12. "Biden can only enter the White House as President if he can prove that his ridiculous “80,000,000 votes” were not fraudulently or illegally obtained. When you see what happened in Detroit, Atlanta, Philadelphia & Milwaukee, massive voter fraud, he’s got a big unsolvable problem!"

    Biden's got a problem?
Horseshit like this means America's got a problem, and its name is TRUMP!
No, LoserDonny, that's not how it works, you have to prove fraud, you're the only one whining about it!

Now there is some evidence that fraud probably happened, the idea of Trump getting more than one million votes nationwide is so ridiculous as to almost be absolute proof that something shady went on at the polls!

  13. When @BarackObama challenged whether signatures matched, guess what the average rejection rate was? 62%! @realDonaldTrump only needs a rejection rate of 1% to 2% for election results to not be certified for Biden. pic.twitter.com/n399sAt96h

  14. That sacred relic of slavery, the Electoral College, will vote Dec. 14, Baby Burt. Hold your breath until then.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Just wait, put you mask on and pay your taxes Millie.

    ReplyDelete
  16. 10:21 - Electoral college had nothing to do with slavery. It was all about smaller states not wanting to be dominated by larger states. A worthy goal that even today is compelling to more than half the states. That's why the Constitution will never be amended to delete it.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Interesting revisionist history. But wrong, although your conclusion is correct.

  18. Hey, Baby Burt. Trump demanded a recount in Milwaukee, and Biden's vote tally went up 132.

  21. 11:10, you are confusing why there is an electoral college, which had nothing to do with slavery, with how many electors (and representatives) each state got, which did.

The three-fifths clause was a compromise between the slave states and the free states. The former wanted slaves to be counted as persons, while the latter wanted them not counted at all. Hence the three fifths provision. After the 13th Amendment of course there was no more three fifths - all persons counted then, and now, and at all times in between. The three fifths provision is a dead letter, but the reason for the electoral college, as identified above, persists.
