'There could be a tsunami of evictions'
Phone calls from families on the verge of losing their homes have jumped 300 percent at Catholic Charities of Southern Missouri. "And we're getting more and more phone calls every day across the whole southern Missouri in our offices - not just Springfield, but it's Poplar Bluff, over in Cape Girardeau and in Joplin," said John Lunardini, senior vice president for operations for the agency.

Notice how they are pushing another lock down and making a big deal out of this virus again? You can't control a virus. Was there a lock down during other flues and viruses? Why did Dr Fauci say back in 2016 there was going to be a pandemic during the Trump administration if they weren't involved with it? If the pandemic is so bad how come St Lukes hospital was letting everyone answer the same guest phone with no one there to clean it each time? I answered my call to pick up my relative after surgery after several others were on the same phone and the hospital didn't seem to take that seriously.

It's the same tactic over and over. They tell landlords they can't evict. Landlords have to raise rent on good renters to pay for those who they can't collect from. Then they claim there is no affordable housing. The same thing was done with college and health care. It's the exact same method over and over. They create the problem so that they can solve it by owning more and more of us.
ReplyDeleteI have a fourplex. One tenant hadn't paid rent for three months and the other three were being wishy washy. Jackson County provided an eviction order and that tenant is on the street. I haven't had any problem from my other tenants since. The new tenant is paying 20% more. I may have to get rid of the others and raise the rents. The deadbeat's wages are being garnished right now (hint: if you aren't going to pay your landlord, don't advertise where you work on your Facebook). Thanks Jackson County!
