  1. Josh Earnest isn't smart and needs to realize that Joe Biden has not won the presidential race and he doesn't have the authority to call it. What's with you people that are saying the race is over and has been called when several states have not even been called due to the scandal. This thing is also headed to the supreme court. NO ONE HAS WON YET. BTW NC did call their state yesterday for Trump.

  2. Yes, just in case there are any small businesses left in KCMO, particularly restaurants and bars, after the pandemic shutdowns, the council is considering finishing them off with a $15/hour minimum wage mandate.
Probably not surprising for a bunch of people who have lived off taxpayers' money most of their lives and have no idea of what trying to operate a small business is all about.
You really can't make this stuff up.

  10. V's Restaurant's insurance policy does not have to expressly exclude business interruption losses due to pandemics (or more accurately, government overreactions to pandemics) if the policy terms do not otherwise include them. I'm still waiting for some journalist to actually look at the language of the underlying policy before writing a story about it.
