KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Eight employees at the Jackson County Election Board were out Monday because of COVID-19, according to an official. Republican director Tammy Brown said eight of the election board's 19 workers were in quarantine. Officials have notified anyone who was in the board's main office on Election Day about the cases, as well as the Jackson County Health Department.
