TAGGERS RULE KANSAS CITY 2020!!!

Despite the decline of the Western world, there's an uptick in cowtown graffiti and painted artistic expression. Take a look at this town's "front porch" offering more freebie space for locals to express their mostly unoriginal ideas.

It features art from more than 100 artists.

If anyone wants to see this they can go to the east side or into central Hyde Park and don't even have to get out of their car or pay to park. As a matter of fact it's through out the city, even on the streets in Brookside and five other locations. Kansas City sure has become lower class.
