SHOCK!!! SHOW-ME STL GUN-WAVE DUO RAGE AFTER INDICTMENT AND REPEAT PREZ TRUMP ENDORSEMENT!!!

The politicos of STL and the disaster on the other side of the state is once again making national news.

Depending on reader superstitions . . . Some believe the couple are urban freedom fighters for the 2nd Amendment while others denounce tacky gentrification enthusiast lawyers brandishing weapons.  The punchline: Either way they're repellent and represent a TEXTBOOK example of how NOT to engage in home defense amid civil unrest and the social media era.

The latest revelation in their case today  .. .

"A grand jury has indicted Mark and Patricia McCloskey, two St. Louis lawyers who pointed their guns at Black Lives Matter protesters in their neighborhood in June . . . They have each been charged with exhibiting guns at a protest and evidence-tampering."

He's the retort and a double down on their love for Prez Trump now that they might need that Presidential pardon . . .

“The government chooses to persecute us for doing no more than exercising our right to defend ourselves, our home, our property and our family. And now we’re getting drug here time, after time, after time, and for what? We didn’t fire a shot. People who were violently protesting in front of our house, screaming death threats and threats of rape, and threats of arson, nobody gets charged, but we get charged,” Mark McCloskey said.

The McCloskeys also used the appearance outside of the courthouse to push for voters to reelect President Donald Trump.

“Because we had the gall to protect our home and our family against the mob, then you should all be very afraid of what’s coming down the road for us if we don’t reelect Donald Trump,” McCloskey said.

    1. People have the right to defend the homes. They weren't pointing the guns at anyone. This is Missouri, you are allowed to take your gun on your porch if you want to. People who don't like it can move along.

Also, I agree, the lady needs more training.

  2. Again it's St Louis where a Grand Jury will vote in favor of the persecutor in that town.

Note how the protestors all got off on not being charged because a trustee chickenshit out and wouldn't press
    the charges.

This is more BLM hate whitey shit.

  3. Unlike these two, we learned proper muzzle control at the rifle range at scout camp. We also learned how to hold our guns properly.

  4. George Soros at work again. He got the local Attorney General in office with his billions. The Great Satan using his money again to create chaos in America.

  5. 4:54 People USED to have the right to defend their homes. Now, if you live in a Democrat city like St. Louis, or, Kansas City and you are white, you do NOT have the right to defend your home, unless it is a white burglar, or, a white rapist, definitely NOT threats from BLM/AntiFa/Democrat thugs.

I tell my grouchy friends all the time, that if they use their weapons in self defense, against the "Protected Class" minorities, or, against the mob in their front yard, then THEY will suffer the consequences of a Star Chamber Court, officiated by partisan, Fascist, low level Beadles who will persecute - not prosecute them until they are doing time in prison.

THERE IS NO RULE OF LAW IN DEMOCRAT CITIES.

The Constitution, the facts, the video, the prima facie evidence, the anecdotal evidence, the testimony, the written records DO NOT MEAN SHIT.

If it is any comfort, even the high and mighty, elevated to what you would think is a place where the Constitutional barbican would protect them, is in tatters. Michael Flynn, Papodopolous, Page, Stone, were all, victims of a pre meditated, with Mens rae criminal intent, conspiracy to frame them, ex nihilo, out of whole cloth, for crimes that not only did they NOT commit, but the people/organizations (DNC-Deep State-MSM) were actually committing the crimes they were imprisoning innocent people for.

They will - as they have - suborned perjury, jail innocent people, lie, obfuscated the truth, destroy records and withheld "Brady Material" (As they are still doing as I type see Christopher Wray, Gina Haspel and a legion of dishonest Deep State Democrat bureaucrats, who are still, at this very moment doing.) that will exonerate you, but, will not, because THERE IS NO RULE OF LAW.

The prosecutor is St. Louis, a George Soros acolyte, is an existential example of an out of control, psychotic "Commander Queeg" whose power, if left unchecked annihilates the vulnerable people she is supposed to, as a prosecutor, protect.

THERE IS NO RULE OF LAW FOR YOU WHITEY, SO IF YOU SHOOT, OR, SHOW YOUR GUN IN SELF DEFENSE, YOU GO TO JAIL.

  7. “In Missouri, police and prosecutors must prove that a weapon is “readily” capable of lethal use when it used in the type of crime with which the McCloskeys have been charged.

At the request of Assistant Circuit Attorney Chris Hinckley, crime lab staff members field stripped the handgun and found it had been assembled incorrectly. Specifically, the firing pin spring was put in front of the firing pin, which was backward, and made the gun incapable of firing, according to the documents.

Firearms experts then put the gun back together, per Hinckley’s request, in the correct order and test-fired it, finding that it worked, according to the documents.

Crime lab workers photographed the disassembly and reassembly of the gun, according to the documents.”

  8. “According to the McCloskey’s attorney, Joel Schwartz, the gun was inoperable during the incident in question with the protesters and couldn’t have hurt anyone. The McCloskeys, who are both attorneys, had used the gun as a prop during a trial.”

    ReplyDelete
  9. “Hinckley swore in the complaint filed that it was “readily capable of lethal use” when it was used in the incident.

The couple’s attorney said it was “disheartening to learn that a law enforcement agency altered evidence in order to prosecute an innocent member of the community.”

So if they did alter evidence to be able to charge them, that’s problematic and if he did swear that it was inoperable when the evidence indicates it may not have been operative, that could also be an issue.

The spokesperson for Gardner told KSDK that they could not comment on an ongoing case.”

  10. Chuck is dead on the money.

In my case, there is audio, video, witness testimony, time lines and zero, zilch, nada that would even come within a light year of the warranting of pressing charges against me for murder. They, the corrupt prosecutors, can't even use the now, ever so popular, "State Of Mind" prosecution (Cause, your know, even if someone is trying to kill you, if you posted something politically incorrect on TKC back in 2017, it would indicate your "State Of Mind" during the conflict and pre-convict you in a "Minority Report" ((Irony)) court, overseen by an 'objective' judge/prosecutor.). There are videos of me cleaning graffiti off of a high school and I am on video promising to provide medical attention to those wounded or in need that night.

YET, HERE I AM, IN THE DOCK, IN A PROGRESSIVE CITY, ACCUSED OF MURDER.

THERE IS NO RULE OF LAW, ONLY THE MOB RULES, BLM RULES, THE CORRUPT, SCABROUS, OLEAGINOUS, LYING DNC IS THE LAW IN DEMOCRAT CITIES.

  11. “Gardner, a prosecutor backed by George Soros during her election, filed a charge of felony unlawful use of a weapon as well as a misdemeanor charge of fourth degree assault against both McCloskeys.”

Kim Gardner and Petersucker are both backed and paid for by George soros......

    ReplyDelete
  12. All of these charges ought to be dismissed with prejudice allowing the McCloskeys to sue for malicious prosecution. And yes, this is coming for all of us we allow the Democrats to control this nation.

  13. You can't "protect" property with a gun. Why, you may ask? Because you're not allowed to shoot people, unless they are pointing a gun at you. You can't shoot people for destroying your property, after the fact, either.

You can not assume the role of police officer.

    His sin?

    Being "Half White".

Remember the media called his the "Half White George Zimmerman" literally a hundred thousand times. It's like maybe it was on his fuckin birth certificate.

You AntiFa white boys who think you can make deals with the devil and hope the devil kills you last should remember, the fuckin devil is interested in blood and proximity and not necessarily in that order.

  17. I saw the video. At one point she was carelessly swinging and pointing the pistol at the back of his head. Always be careful of the muzzle direction. i carry a Glock. But would never wave it at people as they did. You keep it concealed, so nobody knows you have it. If you must shoot, then draw it fast (under 2 seconds) and shoot right away, before the bad guy can react. You dont advertise the guns by parading them around in plain view. Really people!

    ReplyDelete
  18. She was doing the "I am a little tea pot short and stout" stance. As if the pistol was too heavy to hold up. She is fat. he need to go find a younger cuter wive. Life is short. Why spend it with a whale. Dude, party on with a babe.

  19. And you thought living in Kansas City was bad? Total BS

  20. the gun was inoperable - but they didnt know it. Neither did the crowd. So their intent remained the same.

Example : A cop with a gun assembled wrong from the factory cannot use that as a excuse/defense if he whips it out one day and points it at a crowd.

A terrorist that used a bad defective bomb fuse can't use that dud to prove his innocence.

Someone douses you with gas and tries to light you on fire with a lighter that has a unknown defect - is that person guilty? Of course!

Their intent, you moron, was to defend themselves in the face of a violent mob that threatened rape, murder (including the dog) and violence.

    The crime? They are white.

  22. ^^^ Exactly, if they were black, not one thing would have happened.

  28. Missouri’s castle doctrine and stand your ground law.

On January 1, 2017, new rules for gun-owners in Missouri went into effect.
One of the changes was the expansion of the state’s Castle Doctrine which created a stand-your-ground right.
The Castle Doctrine is a common law doctrine that allows residents to use deadly force against anyone, based on the notion that their home is "their castle." Basically, if an intruder violates the sanctity of your home, and you believe they intend to do you harm, you should be able to protect yourself or others against an attack.
According to Findlaw.com, Missouri's law is more extensive than those of other states because it allows you to use deadly force to attack an intruder to protect any private property that you own, in addition to yourself or another individual. This means that if someone illegally enters your front porch or backyard, you can use deadly force against them without retreating first.

More specifically, a person does not have a duty to retreat:

    ReplyDelete
  29. If I'm pointing a gun at you, your ass had better retreat or you will die trying.

    ReplyDelete
  30. If you're on your property and have reasonable cause to fear substantial injury or death from an aggressor or agressors, then you have a reasonable right to defend yourself from that aggression.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Kim Gardner is such a fat stupid bitch for taking bribe money from soros, he doesn’t care that she’s going to lose her license and possibly get jail time for doing his bidding. That’s ok though, one less worthless dimwi prosecutor to worry about! Hahahahaha!

  46. The violent mob had no right to be at the McCloskeys house. The McCloskeys were defending their home not invading some one elses house.

Missouri legislature needs to pass laws allowing moms and dads to protect their childrens lives from home invaders.

Especially given the Democrat Party wants to eliminate the police department.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Your ass on my grass, be prepared for my wrath. I ain’t from no dumb ass dem city round here-I could shoot 8 different guns before I was 8 and if you set foot on my property without my permission or welcome you’d better be ready to face the consequences.

    Just sayin...

120 pound white lady here is vulnerable and needs protection. Any person settin foot on my property without permission is deemed a deadly threat.

So get the hell off my grass and stay out of my neighborhood, or more than just the wind gonna be whistling through your ears!

    ReplyDelete
  48. Where in the hell do they get evidence tampering? Gardner was the one that tampered with evidence.

    ReplyDelete
  49. This will not go well for Kim Gardner, the pro-crime prosecutor in STL. They weren't brandishing guns at a protest... they were in their yard on their property. Kim is pandering the Ferguson/BLM crowd.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Mr. "High on Grass" ^^5:20, you must have a really nice lawn.

    ReplyDelete
  51. To me the issue is did they point it at anyone. They can have a gun but not point it at people. Charlie Bronson tough guy right wing here all think it is nothing to have a gun pointed at your face, shit my pants with fear if that happened to me and yes it would be a crime.
