New KCI Celebrates Diversity Amid Downfall Of American Arline Industry

Today, local MSM carried propaganda and hype for the new airport as the fight for more representation AND CASH continues behind the scene.

Sadly, money for building this monstrosity might be the only payout available given the AIRLINE CORONAVIRUS CRASH that's currently underway.

It's all just another chapter in the new reality that it doesn't really matter what you do well, or even do at all.
What matters is what you are.
And the more "under-served" and marginalized group you can identify with, the better.
What about all those transgender iron workers?
Have those quotas all been filled?

The whole fiasco was a totally unnecessary swindle from the start. You are fine with the vast majority of the stolen money going to well connected white oeople, you just mad some fraction is set aside for minorities and women.

Well I'm opening a new shop and I have rentals and I'm not renting or selling to minorities. This thing can go both ways and it will.

Hmmmmmm remember the "BIG PUSH" for minority (Afro American) contractors who built the newer East Patrol Station and were being observed by JE-DUNN? Well just ask around about all the problems that building has had since in opened almost 5-short years ago.

From mayor Lucas today....

Hey, have you heard about ASSET? No? Well, listen up and learn about the City’s newest Employee Resource Group.

Well, technically, the African American Support Success and Encouragement Team still has a couple of months before the mandatory probation ends and the group officially earns ERG status. But that isn’t keeping a core group of about 30 members from doing what they can to move the needle forward for current and emerging African-American City employees.

Voter Registration EventASSET is all about career development for its members and ensuring that the City’s organizational culture supports the professional growth and ascension of Black employees. Although the focus is on Black employees, ASSET is open to City employees of all races.

“ASSET means that we as city employees, have an employee resource group, that strategically develops, implements, and executes cultural activities, platforms for expression, leadership, workplace enhancement, and the success of their time as an employee,” said Robert Woods II, a Program Specialist with Neighborhoods and Housing Services. “This is not a moment but a movement to ensure that we are consciously dedicated to making positive changes in the workplace for all city employees.”

Need anymore proof of how racist he is?

8:52 Most of the minority owned businesses are just pass-throughs that skim off the top and pay a non-minority owned business to do the actual work. You are learning just how deep the KC grift goes.

ASSET does not equal African American Support Success and Encouragement Team. The acronym should be AASSET dummies.
