He was a beloved local leader who served as a tireless volunteer and one of the strongest progressive voices in Midtown.
Seen here, Gene's wife Judy Morgan recently served as a Missouri House Rep. for District 24. The KCMO power couple dedicated a great deal of their life to advancing the cause of Kansas City in state and local government.
