  4. Given the fact that one fiasco after another have been taking place under Lucas's "leadership", it shouldn't be surprising that not much has been seen of Hernandez for months.
    Bog announcements about obscure agencies and their awards are the best he can do.
    How about the "mayor" sharing his thoughts about the antics at meetings of the police board?
    KCMO has really become a clown show and the inmates are running the asylum.
    Any adults left at 12th and Oak?
    ANY at all?
