KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Janice Dagley's friend is on the verge of eviction from her unit at Wesport House Apartment complex and says she has nowhere else to stay. "I'm afraid I'm going to end up homeless and I'm scared to death," Dagley said.

  3. She needs to get in contact with a social worker for help. Where is Quinton Lucas and why hasn't he or Cleaver stepped in to help people instead of painting the streets with racist graffiti and burning down houses????? Just goes to show ya what kind of people the are. What's more important, proving your blackness or helping people? Really sad.
