KANSAS CITY POLITICAL & RACIAL DIVIDE INTENSIFIES AFTER STACY SHAW PROTEST THREAT, APOLOGY & POLICE REBUKE!!!
The war of words betwixt protesters and police continues to worsen and threatens to divide Kansas City residents even further going into a tumultuous election.
To wit . . .
POLICE UNION REJECTION OF ACTIVIST/LAWYER STACY SHAW'S APOLOGY REVEALS WORSENING RACIAL & POLITICAL DIVISIONS IN KANSAS CITY!!!
Of course there has been plenty of chatter on this conversation during the day but we think these are the most relevant public quotes that capture the "spirit" of the debate . . .
Support for FOP to persist after rejecting the apology . . .
"I sincerely hope that the FOP pursues the full extent of justice in this scenario.... we have seen across the country what plays out when people like Stacy Shaw are not held accountable for the full extent of their actions and allowed to pursue their divisive agendas. She would not, nor has she ever, showed the same grace or open-mindedness towards our officers or our department in situations for which she conveniently pushes the 10 seconds of a video clip that can be manipulated to fit her narrative. If she is allowed to get away with this, it will only come back to bite us. She will not regard it as a gracious move and change her tune about how she feels about Chief Smith, Brad Lemon, the FOP or our great department. She needs to be stopped while the opportunity presents itself, early, before we are Portland."
In favor of reform . . .
"Powerful words Stacy. You are absolutely amazing. You have been key in working towards justice and police reform in our city. While it is nice that you clarified this for people who took your words the wrong way, those of us who really know you, follow your leadership know you would never accept that kind of action or deliberate harm. Keep fighting! What is happening in this city is needed. We care so much for you and are thankful for you!"
The call to disbar moves forward . . .
Please, please, PLEASE DO NOT let that woman’s apology be the end of this. At a minimum every member of the KCPD deserves and should demand the bar association receive an ethics violation complaint and she be held accountable for her actions. If a member of the KCPD did this to her, not only would she come after said officer with everything and anything, but an officer would be disciplined and possibly terminated. Right is Right and Wrong is Wrong. This is nothing more than holding this woman accountable for her actions.
Reference to the Commander-In-Chief . . .
"So Trump can make b.s. comments & he gets a pat on the back, or his supporters defend him, but Stacy Shaw can't be forgiven for her words being misinterpreted smh"
To be fair, what we've noticed is far more complaints against Ms. Shaw's comment and rejection of her apology than support, even on her public social media outlets. Remember that we noted her comments were OVER THE LINE and the vast majority of readers disagreed even more strongly with controversial statements before & after Ms. Shaw's apology.
Thankfully for balance and REAL WORLD opinion from the community, Kansas City's top ranking activist Alonzo Washington offers an important perspective here along with a reminder of the tragic situation that started this hot mess . . .
"It's so racist that she was forced to apologize by the badgering of the racist KC media but the Kansas City, Missouri Department hasn’t apologized for slamming a Black woman that’s pregnant to the ground . . . Cops kill Black suspects unjustly & they want the Black community to forgive & trust them. This is why KCPD sucks in their community relations."
Accordingly . . .
Feel free to argue either side of the issue, what's clear is that Kansas City has become increasingly fractured, politicized and divided with very little hope or leadership to confront the challenges of the ongoing pandemic, economic turmoil, continued civil unrest and political instability as we approach the presidential election.
Developing . . .
I see where you're going here but in your post you note that most people are against Stacy Shaw's threats. IF there is any unity to be found, that's a good place to start!

Stacy won't be taken serious because she can not pass the paper bag test...
ReplyDeleteShaw is being paid by the same bad bunch as antifa and BLM.
ReplyDeleteIf we don't back law enforcement the jungle will rule.
Without cops, the city stops!
We have to get Lucas and her charged with adding and embattled domestic terrosim. Lucas pardoned 240 arrested. ARRESTED criminals. Criminals Throwing deadly weapons. Bricks, frozen water bottles and so on. At law enforcement
DeleteThis is domestic terrorism. He needs to be indicted immediately. She needs to be indicted for making threats towards law enforcement. Where is justice. They have destroyed our city
While I disagree with her protest, where she crossed the line was when she threatened the families of the police
ReplyDeleteThat was what the mafia was like
I don’t know Stacy Shaw but he is damned ugly.
ReplyDeleteHere comes the idiot right wing violence. Bandit and the Boogaloo Boys are scheming the next attack. Watch out!!!
ReplyDeleteNo way. You leftist are the rioters and attackers., EVERBODY KNOWS THAT DIP ###.
DeleteExactly how many blacks have been murdered by kcpd again? Thought so. Why hasn’t mayor mckneely put an end to all this racist nonsense spewed by a soon to be disbarred lawyer? Does mckneely have any leadership skills at all?
ReplyDeleteNice chin diaper Stacy
ReplyDelete“We do not tolerate inequity, injustice or racism,” McDonald’s announced, with CEO Joe Erlinger insisting, “when any member of our McFamily hurts, we all hurt."
ReplyDeletehttps://www.labornotes.org/2020/06/corporations-now-love-black-lives-what-about-their-own-black-workers
And yet the blacks at McDonald's still fuck up your order. Weird.
ReplyDeleteStacy Shaw is the poster child for segregation.
ReplyDeleteShaw has totally fucked any chances of gaining anything with this stupid protest. Rising star my ass.
ReplyDeleteI usually don't wish bad things on people but I'll make an exception in Stacy Shaw's case. I hope that she falls victim to a violet crime and ends up a statistic on the homicide tally.
ReplyDeleteStacy Shaw is Th e most hateful, racist human being in this city. She’s an Al Sharpton wannabe. People see through her act.
ReplyDeleteTwo sides. A little more grace on both sides is what we need. Divisiveness is what we get. Too many people want to drive a wedge between police and community.
ReplyDeleteThank you @9:56 for the only thoughtful comment of the night.
Deletethe structural changes needed are not under the purview of the police, except during an election season they are.
ReplyDeleteIt's too bad Margaret Sanger wasn't successful.
ReplyDeleteRE: "KCPD hasn’t apologized for slamming a Black woman that’s pregnant to the ground . . ."
ReplyDeleteSanctimonious forever racial victims, too stupid to ask the glaringly obvious questions!
Why were the police responding to that scene?
Why was a pregnant woman out on the streets at that hour, surrounded by potentially dangerous people?
In what civil society is it acceptable for a pregnant woman to assault a police officer who's taking someone else into custody?
How did the officers on the scene know that the woman was pregnant?
Are the officers supposed to stand there and take a beating from the woman without responding?
Why are so many black people apparently completely ignorant on police protocol interactions. Do not run from the police, do not ignore a lawful police command, do not assault a police officer, do not fire a Taser, handgun, or other weapon at a police officer. Do not attempt to run over a police officer with your vehicle. Plenty of black people seem surprised that if you violate the above rules, bad things are going to happen to you.
But, then, you can always claim racism, police brutality, and I guess now hair discrimination!
Not only pregnant, but 9 MONTHS pregnant

ReplyDeleteHAHAHAHA!!! Funniest thing I've read all day ..some rich, privileged black Affirmative Action scammer whining about the ..wait for it..
"Racist Kansas City media" !!!!!
yeah..that KKK KC Star..KCUR..the Pitch...all horrible White Supremacist stalwarts...
LOLOL!!!
Stacy might have crossed over the line but the protest is peaceful and constitutionally protected. I have not seen anybody debate the merits of the protest or their right to it, they are doing the right thing and standing up against Injustice. It's obvious that Casey needs a lesson in tolerance if you look at some of the comments on this blog.
ReplyDeleteGwinn and Shaw do there Best to divide the City. Oh and the media helps .And they are there FILM AT 11:00 AM 12:00 4::00 5:00 6:00 9:00 AND 10:00.
ReplyDeletePregnant woman got what she deserved, no more - no less. Stacy Shaw picked the wrong event to protest. If the police had beat her, if she had lost the baby (saving her a trip to the abortion mill), or had been shot or tazed by the police, perhaps her activism would be a little more accepted. Instead, the video shows the woman being restrained, as humanely as possible, and treated as decently as a criminal thug can be treated. There was no heavy-handed activity here. There was no police brutality. Stacy Shaw's activism appears to the public that she is saying the police can't apprehend and arrest criminals who are resisting arrest. Zero sympathy from any part of the city other than her clique and the family of the pregnant woman looking for a buck. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if the next thing we read about is that the poor woman has lost her baby and wants a quick settlement. Up in the Northland, we are ignoring this protest and activism. I cooked some pork chops on the grill, rode my dirt bike around in the woods, drank a couple beers, cleaned my deer rifle, and then watched Gran Torino. None of us up north of the river who lead law-abiding, productive lives, with jobs, 401ks, and pensions care a thing about Stacy Shaw's theatrics. Tomorrow I am going to clean the gutters and seal a crack in my driveway, because that's what responsible people do, and I am not going to give Stacy Shaw or pregnant woman a second thought. It's not because of racism that I don't care about these people or their issues, it's because of their contempt for society, their hatred of anyone who isn't as downtrodden as them, and their desire to live their life free of responsibility and on the government dime. I don't care what color they are, I have the same contempt for anyone like that.
ReplyDeletePeople have the right to protest and people also should respect each other.
ReplyDeleteShe crossed the line when she made threats to the families of the KCPD.
How as a region are we going to survive if we can't TRY to see each other's points of view. Sigh...
Thankyou
DeleteWe see the other side's point of view. The problem is that it is a really fucking retarded one.
ReplyDeleteExcept that you don't see at all. So why deny it?
DeleteCops kill Black suspects unjustly
ReplyDeletePlease enumerate examples of this in Kansas City during the past 5 years.
Waiting
Donnie Sanders & Ryan Stokes.
DeleteThey'll deny it.
What's worse is that they won't even let you debate it.
Funny. My black and brown friends never seem to have problems with the police. Even the ones that live on the East Side.
DeleteHmmm. I know why! They aren't fucking lowlife criminals!!
Kudos to KCPD for letting falling temperature's take care of this protest. I honestly hope they have blankets.
ReplyDeleteI've never seen an uglier woman. Inside and out.
ReplyDelete@1:31 AM -- You haven't seen the mayor of Chicago.
ReplyDeleteNONPOLOGY - insincere apology
ReplyDeleteThat dude's suit must have been a Harold Penners' clearance sale item.
Stacy has a bigger dick than Quinton does.
ReplyDeleteSo as we're supposed to make believe that people like Shaw "represents" the black community, other members of that demographic are having gun fights at service stations and asking for "donations" from the public to spread around to black ONLY businesses.
ReplyDeletePay no attention to behavior.
And just ignore the horrendous black-on-black homicide count.
It's all someone else's fault.
You really can't make this stuff up!
Threatening one's families to bend to their will is an old Bolshevik Communist and Nazi Germany tactic.
ReplyDeleteThe Communist Democrat Party has stooped to a new low.
Vote for Joe Biden and Nicole Galloway if you want your families threatened.
This is no longer politics as usual.
The Communist Democrat Party wants to overthrow America and control every aspect of American's lives.
It should be mandatory in every school's social studies class to study the brutality of when the Communists took over in the Soviet Union, Communist China, Vietnam, Poland, Hungary etc.
Instead; College Professors and the Department of Education preach hatred towards George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and our American freedoms.
1:06 so you have to lie about some completely innocent blacks guys that the police just walked up to and killed, your “Michael brown” examples are typical of you people. Why can’t you just admit that they got what they deserved, you’re an idiot.
ReplyDeleteUrban leaders like Shaw are counterproductive to the Urban cause. The underlying theme of all of these leaders is to milk the system for more welfare at every turn. Scream and shout until the government dolls out more $$$. This is so counter productive to the cause. Good behavior is the only thing that show be rewarded with governmental $$$. Stop killing and you will receive $$$,
ReplyDeletePoor baby ryan stokes..... February 12 2020- A federal court ruled a veteran Kansas City, Missouri, police officer’s fatal shooting of an unarmed man in a parking garage near the Power and Light District nearly seven years ago was reasonable.
ReplyDeleteDumbass Donnie sanders....... Police said Sanders turned toward the officer and "advanced on him while raising his arm up in a motion towards the officer as though he had a weapon" and that's when the officer gave commands to drop the weapon.
The officer fired his gun when police said his commands were ignored.
Debate over dipshit, act stupid and in a threatening manor the police have a right to shoot you, why is that so hard for you people to understand? Go cry somewhere else.
Did this young, pregnant "victim" have a record prior to this?

The loudmouth lesbian dump truck's shit show with her merry band of unemployed malcontents is highly entertaining now that I'm not paying for this stupidity. Had enough yet Kansas Shitty? I haven't. Let's see how dedicated they are when winter hits. Pass the popcorn please! 😏🍿

ReplyDeleteRacial divide intensifies????? Gee no kidding and it's not just Stacy Shaw point the finger at Quinton Lucas and Sly James among the other racist blacks KC has.
Sorry is good but it's not good enough. Run these moron racists out of town I'm sick of them!
Stacy was a clown before, but that’s definitely no disqualifier in her 'community'. Now she's torched whatever ghetto credibility she had.
ReplyDeleteWashington attempts to confuse the distinction between a reasonable use of force to arrest a belligerent black woman and killing. He just lost all of his credibility.
ReplyDeleteSo, let's see if I've got this right....
ReplyDeleteStacey Shaw assigns the worst intentions to the officers risking life and limb daily, who were responding to her client disrespecting their authority.
Now Stacey Shaw wants us to assign the best intentions to her "misspeaking" and to her "apology", which never acknowledges (and certainly doesn't appreciate) the officers risking life and limb daily.
So, Stacey Shaw, following your example, we'll just go ahead and assign the worst of intentions both to you AND to your client. Fair is fair.
ReplyDeletePlease TKC, stop it with the support of "Activist Crime Fighter" Alanzo Washington. Alanzo is to crime fighting what Clay Chastain is to public administration. Enough with this nitwit.
Stacy has a bigger dick than Quinton does.
ReplyDelete^^and you know big dicks as you constantly swallow BBC on the regular. Twink.
ReplyDeleteA lawyer and member of the BAR is not just a regular citizen or politico. A lawyer is a member of the court. A lawyer is required by law and practice to avoid making threats against families and children of policemen. The threats were seriously made and seriously received. Lawyers have been disbarred for less than this.
ReplyDeleteSTACY SHAW IS A RACIST SHIT CUNT
ReplyDeleteLet’s start a tent city protest across from Stacy “the black bimbo” Shaw for the mis-treatment of our glorious President Trump! I bet that would get them so mad that they would leave!
ReplyDelete^^Nah, Matlock's on and tapioca in the fridge. Plus I'm due for a diaper change.
ReplyDeleteRace grifters in Harold Penner suits don't add balance to any conversation, much less one about race. That oily negro isn't listening to what anyone has to say, he's just waiting(impatiently)to talk.
ReplyDeleteThe bigots lined up for this thread
ReplyDeleteThe realists lined up for this thread.
DeleteBy not accepting Stacy Shaw's apology. All this does is keep the deeply racial division gap even wider which has gone on for over forty years in this city.
