The latest installment of our 2nd favorite political show offers an impressive overview of the local discourse as the pandemic, political consequences and local crime all become more threatening.
Check the description for this episode . . .
"Nick Haines, Eric Wesson, Steve Kraske, Dia Wall and Micheal Mahoney discuss the expectations and challenges for the new KCMO crime plan, the power of protests to change minds, the relevance of political debates, the misinformation in attack ads, Obama endorsements in area races, efforts to rename streets, monuments and streams with ties to racism and the push for a hair discrimination ordinance."
You decide . . .
May not agree with half of the panel but I respect the time they put into this and I like that it's part of KC. THANK YOU Nick Haines.

God bless Donald J. Trump. Please protect him with the blood of the lamb. Make him healthy enough to stand trial. Amen.

ReplyDeleteThat's a bit much, but I hope he gets better.
While the rest of us hope Melania recovers soon, and that's all.
ReplyDeleteThe “snitch plan” that lickass came up with has expectations? That’s funny!
ReplyDeleteLickass is the definition of insanity, doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.
Trump once got bit by a cobra, after five agonizing days of pain.....
ReplyDeleteThe cobra died!
Just what the city needs to solve its problems: ANOTHER FOCUS GROUP.
ReplyDeleteWe are gonna break a world record for murders, the city is falling completely apart, mayor mckneely kneels blm/antifa and caving into their demands to remove the police chief and his number one priority is a hair ordinance that he can’t make a business follow.....
ReplyDeleteMayor mckneely, when do you start doing what the taxpayers want and not your personal mission of destroying this city?
These so called journalists are all hacks. None of them have working knowledge on how to address the issue of crime in Kansas City.
ReplyDeleteI have no confidence in the opinions of these losers.
^^^ or no confidence in mayour mcdumbo either
ReplyDeleteRick Moranis, Hollywood liberal is the latest victim of "The Knock Out Game".
ReplyDeleteWill he vote for Trump?
^^^ No, but your brain is.

THE KC WEAK IN REVIEW
ReplyDeleteKCPT's politically-liberal spin on local news in an attempt to keep viewers on the Democratic Party plantation. Please note the discussion panel is always dominated by Liberal proponents, because when you manipulate the presenters, you control the narrative. KCPT is AFRAID to have a balanced discussion.
(Please recall this is the station who removed Ruckus from their schedule because it was alleged that the host was too Conservative)
KANSAS CITY Weak in Review is hosted by a White male resident of JoCo KANSAS, while the station itself is led by a White male resident of Leawood KANSAS.
FACT: KANSAS CITY Public Television (KCPT) is controlled by White Kansas suburbanites who do not represent the interests of KCMO residents.
CRIME PLAN
Crime, and more specifically homicide, is RACIAL in KCMO. In KC, homicide is an issue of young black males killing other young black males. This is an indisputable FACT based upon hard statistics. Eliminate this 1 black-on-black element and KC's homicide count immediately drops by 70-percent or more.
The police, regardless of their race, are tasked with responding to crime. Attempting to shift the blame from the real problem (young black males) onto the Police Chief (happens to be white) is nothing more than a racist political power move, which does NOTHING to solve the original issue (young black males killing other young black males).
That Dia Wall and Eric Wesson would publicly promote the fabricated narrative that Chief Smith is the problem here, is simply a reflection of the broad black community's deep-seated distrust of police. Even more so, when the person behind the badge has a white face.
Please recall that the person who was Chief prior to Smith was Forte (a black man). Why did he abruptly resign? Because the Child Victims Unit scandal was about to emerge and he didn't want to be held responsible. He bailed with a questionable $500,000 accrued overtime bonus, in addition to his generous retirement package. So, Forte was retiring from law enforcement, right? Not exactly! He quickly was named Jackson County Sheriff after speaking with his friend Frank White, Jr., the County Executive.
Bottom line: KCPT is a white politically-liberal news propagandist, dominated by white male residents of suburban Kansas.
Wall and Wesson are politically-liberal news propagandists suffering from "Blacks are Forever Victims" syndrome.
Steve Kraske is a politically-liberal news propagandist, formerly with the failed Falling Star, currently with uber-liberal NPR affiliate KCUR.
Michael Mahoney is ok, KMBC not so much.
I disagree. Forte's resigned be cause he was tired of fighting with Sly and the board of police commissioners. At the press conference Jean Baker said that the black community didnt trust her or Rick Smith dept. So Wesson and Wall or just following her lead.
DeleteWill Joe Biden speak at Trump's funeral? What will John McCain's wive say when Trump dies? How about George W Bush whom Trump criticized harshly this year? Stormy Daniels - will she have to pay the lawsuit damages against her once Trump is dead? Will the lockets of Trump's hair be for sale on ebay and for what price? Will a love child appear once he dead?

Well Mayor 10-10-10... what say you?
10:30AM. Thanks for the comments, agree with all,. It is sad that you can deliver such in-depth information on a subject and the commenters on here just continue on with their own personal blah, blah, blahs with no acknowledgment of a noteworthy analysis on the core article. Thanks again.
