“Saturday night, Oct. 24, the KCMO Health Department closed O’Dowds, 4742 Pennsylvania Ave., because of mask and capacity violations of the mayor’s Tenth Amended Order. Wednesday night, Oct. 21, the health department suspended the health permit for Juke House, 1700 E. 18th Street, due to critical food safety violations and mask and capacity violations. On Thursday night, the KCMO Health Department closed Bobs N Motion, 5709 Troost Ave., for mask and capacity violations. For the permit suspensions to be lifted, the businesses must submit a compliance plan for approval by the health department and correct any applicable critical food safety violations.”
