  1. We received our mail in ballots and filled them out last night. This morning my husband took them to the drop box at the Johnson County Museum in Overland Park on Metcalf. A gentleman from the USPS was emptying the box, which contained hundreds of ballots already. My husband asked the gentleman "Do these ballots need postage?" The gentleman replied "If you want it them to get there, they do." First time we knew about this. YOUR BALLOT NEEDS POSTAGE EVEN IF YOU USE A DROP BOX. UH OH!
