They’re not worth a damn anymore so who cares?

I was thinking the same thing, knowing their past history they would never have given up if only one player was hurt or sick. Are they trying to save themselves from an embarrassing season ending loss?

Rockhurst football won’t be missed. They’re whiney babies with no heart.

Wait, so you grown men pay attention to high school football?

That's weird.

Mmmmm. I’m sure I can put the young lads to work after class...

Rockhurst was good until we got this new gay-friendly pope. Now Rockhurst isn’t worth a shit.

Ouch^^^ Also, they couldn't recuite the quality "Catholics " anymore. The big money went away.

Bishop Miege and St. Thomas Aquinas have been more successful in recent years in recruiting all the best players away from Rockhurst and the public schools. These Catholic schools target the best middle-school players in the entire metro area before they are freshman in high school and pitch them to transfer. That's why these schools are so good ever year. It's an unfair advantage, but they'll never admit it.

Agree with the above, Rockhurst Football Team must be bad now; as in the old days they would have never canceled a game in their annual run to the state championship game.

Blue Springs took Rockhurst's crown over 20 years ago as the best high school football program.

The Rock pounded BS last Friday night hanging 43 on them!

Rockhurst destroyed Miege a few weeks back, destroyed them.

These comments are hilarious. The game this weekend was a layup. Rockhurst is still the best football program - by far - in the metro area. And also the best high school academically - by far - in the metro area. The fact they were truthful about a positive test and sacrificed the remainder of the football season is admirable. I doubt very many schools would have done the same thing. That would have required the student to report symptoms, then the parents to act on it, then the school to report the test. Values and honesty mean something to schools like Rockhurst, Miege, Aquinas, St. Teresa's, Sion. Others - not so much. Need proof? Just look at the state of society today.

What are all these Rockhurst boys going to do now that DST Systems no longer exists to hire them. They used to get top priority there. Anyone from Rockhurst high or College was treated like a God. Thanks to Tom McDonnell. Maybe some of the boys can be Priests?

Tommy Ronald Mcdonald was just lucky old man Deramus was too out of it to fire him. Had Deramus been 20 years younger - he would have never kept Tom. Others started DST, not Tom.

Yeah, I forgot, they put out great human beings like Tim Kaine who supports late term abortions. Quite a guy old Tim.

Anyone know when Timmy is coming back to KC?

7:41 pm, the fact that Tim Kaine is a disgusting person is not the fault of Rockhurst. Not everyone who attends this terrific school turns out to be a good person. Tim had the tools; he just chose not to use them and be a late-term abortion supporting, Hillary-ass-kissing liberal.
