  1. BUT they aren’t increasing in kcmo, kc still only has around 1400 active cases right now, seriously, wtf is wrong with these people?

What kind of scam are they running around here? The health dept. is only updating every Thursday now, if things were that bad they would put the numbers up daily. Apparently they aren’t are they?

  5. So the KC schools are closed. Where are the tax dollars going? That's most of your tax money. Are the teachers who turn out students that can't read and write still getting paid? Tell them to give back the money! Tell the dead beat parents to keep their illiterate brats out of Independence Center.

  6. Open or Closed - it won't matter. They can't educate kids in class, it can't get much worse if they are home.

  8. As long as I have lived here, this school district has been a failure. They hire based on race, not qualifications. The teachers and district administration still gets paid and they like it that way. It’s a crime.

  9. Agree with the above about KCMO schools.

Staying closed, for now, is a good decision. COVID admissions have been on the rise at a local hospital where I work for the
past few weeks. The number of covid cases drastically increased, starting two weeks ago, for those who were admitted and those who were seen and sent home.

This is real, folks. I have seen the sick people and taken care of them. It’s different from just a cold, the flu, or anything else.
