Our 3rd favorite Golden Ghetto blog isn't doing much of a community service by simply re-posting municipal notes without any info or insight for readers . . . So, as usual, our blog community will have to pick up the slack as this indoor JoCo spray park and "human stew" hangout seems like a bad idea in amid any cold & flu season but even worse given the pandemic.

Merriam Community Center to open much-anticipated indoor pool Oct. 5
The Merriam Community Center, 6040 Slater Street, is opening its long-awaited indoor pool on Monday, Oct. 5. Following several COVID-19 -related supply chain delays that pushed back the opening, the public can access it beginning at 5 a.m. Monday morning. Parks and Recreation Director Anna Slocum said the city is ready for its new facility to be fully operational.
