Special prosecutor says no charges should be filed against deputy involved in deadly Sedalia shooting
PETTIS COUNTY, MO (KCTV) - A special prosecutor has determined there will be no criminal charges filed against a Pettis County sheriff's deputy who shot and killed a woman after a traffic stop in June. The deputy said Hannah Fizer told him she had a gun and would shoot him during the June 13 incident, though her family has disputed that claim.
Bullshit, If you don't comply there's a good chance you will die!

ReplyDeleteIf you threaten to kill and cop and say you have a gun and reach for an imaginary gun - then you WILL DIE. So ask for it.
ReplyDeleteIt's almost impossible to get a criminal conviction for a police shooting. But if we get rid of qualified immunity then the civil courts can take over. Make any civil judgement come out of a police departments payroll and see how fast cops become nicer.
ReplyDeleteShe is white so her life doesn’t matter.
ReplyDeleteIf you try to bluff a cop you will win a free ride in a black van.
