KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Four Kansas towns that submitted proposals to house the U.S. Space Command headquarters are still in the running. Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly said during a briefing on Monday that Kansas City, Wichita, Leavenworth and Derby made it to the second round of the selection process.
