Missouri's Ashcroft shrugs off ACLU lawsuit over mail-in ballots as 'frivolous'
As the November general election creeps closer, some officials are attempting to reassure the public that every vote will be counted. Missouri Secretary of State Jay Aschroft called a lawsuit filed by the ACLU over the state's mail-in balloting requirements "frivolous."
