Missouri Senator slams state's no-bid contract paying firm $829,000 so far - Missourinet

Missouri has paid a consulting firm more than $829,000 so far in federal funding for pandemic response coordination, despite Gov. Mike Parson saying a foundation was paying the tab. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports payroll records show the McChrystal Group has received the federal CARES Act funding from the state, instead of Parson saying earlier [...]

  3. Fvck that. What a colossal waste of taxpayer money, fed originated or not. I could have given you the solution for nothing. Not a damn dime. Tell KC and STL, and Columbia to destroy their economies on their own. Rest of the State can conduct biz as they see fit. What in the fvck are the KCmetro school districts following edicts from the KCPS? Seriously, a non accredited district with massive management problems and a major political bent is telling rural districts with no issues at all how and when to do what???

  4. If the dimwits were in charge the bill would’ve been $8,000,000 so they could pay their kids and family members who suddenly were hired to be on the board.....

  6. What 'response' is being implemented based off of this? Seriously? Has there been any action in Missouri in response to the pandemic? The only response I've ever heard is Parsons saying "be responsible and smart".

  7. McCrystal's consulting firm employed a manual laborer, who wanted to take the day off at a Navy shipyard and started a fire burning up a huge navy ship costing millions and millions.

  8. Casey James Fury a civilian employed by Mccrystal's firm to sandblast the USS Miami, set fire to the 900 million dollar submarine to get out of work early and it was totally destroyed. It cost 56 million more to tow it and scrap it. He has set 2 previous fires but never fired by his employer. 5 emt's were hurt. Portsmith Maine was where the sub was docked. He got out and watched the fire calmly from the dock. Plead not guilty. May 2012 was the fire's date

  9. Mccrystal Group had employed Steve Bova the former leader of Edgewater Consulting, after he left the Edgewater firm. On Dec 26 2000, in Wakefield Mass:

The Wakefield massacre occurred on December 26, 2000, at Edgewater Technology in Wakefield, Massachusetts. Michael McDermott, an application support employee, shot and killed seven co-workers.

The weapons he used were an AK-47 variant, a 12-gauge shotgun, and a .32 caliber pistol. He fired off a total of 37 rounds, shooting his victims in the back of the head repeatedly. Police later found a .460-calibre Weatherby Mark V rifle at the defendant's work station.

He was found by police sitting calmly and stated that he did not speak German. At trial, he stated that he was born without a soul and that God had allowed him to earn a soul by traveling back in time to kill Nazis. McDermott claimed he had "traveled back in time and killed Hitler and the last 6 Nazis." However, the prosecution asserted that the killings were motivated by his employer's garnishment of his wages for the IRS, to pay back taxes that he owed. Evidence also showed he had researched how to fake mental illness.[1] One of the victims was a pregnant woman. Bova's company offered $5,000 to the victims families. Robert Chapman, managing member of Chapman Capital LLC, a Los Angeles-based hedge fund, said that amount was insulting, and personally raised much more for families. Shooter was a known mis-fit.
