No surprise. Raytown is gong down at a rapid rate. People are leaving the little inner city burg. Highest paid people within the city boundaries are the city employees. Though the majority doesn’t live there. Disaster waiting to happen.

“Highest paid people within City boundries are City employees”...

Wrong Sherlock. Only an uniformed ignorant rube would say something like this...lol. By the way, there’s crime everywhere. No go sit in the corner and ask nicely for your juice box and a cookie...

"Raytown is gong down at a rapid rate. People are leaving..."

Dude, polite but the understatement of the year!!

The qualified people that could fix that mess fled the city years ago. Apparently the town is left with a handful of affirmative action hires that are gonna hold onto their overpaid jobs like cold death. Private industry won't touch 'em and they know it! The head bean counter can barely string three sentences together.

It's extraordinary, it truly is. It's like one big side show. People need to start paying some attention to Raytown.
