Whilst some might applaud the discretion . . . This ruling basically locks out criticism of Kansas officials and how they FAILED to protect this youngster.

Judge denies release of 533-page case file on Olivia Jansen to the public
A Wyandotte County, Kansas, judge ruled Tuesday that the large case file compiled in the case of Olivia Ann Jansen will be not be released to the public.Jansen, 3, was found beaten to death and abandoned in a shallow grave in July.
Poor little girl. Shame on Christians. Shame on babymama.
