  11. South Koreans are fierce anti-communists.

Folks don't know that during the last year of the Korean War, the South Koreans bloodied the Chinese Red Army in numerous battles. Tough, tough fighters.

They assisted the U.S. during the Vietnam War by sending two divisions to Vietnam. The North Vietnamese Army and Viet Cong avoided the ROK Tiger and White Horse Divisions as they gave no quarter.

Ask any U.S. Vet about the South Korean Army troops they served with and they will share their admiration.
