A truly pro-life lesson in leadership by example, here's a local Catholic cleric offering insight into his faith journey.

His own father murdered, Catholic archbishop speaks against death penalty
In 1948, Fred Naumann was the assistant manager of a St. Louis liquor store. One night, a week before Christmas, Naumann told an employee to help unload a delivery truck. When the employee refused, Naumann fired him. They argued, and then the man turned around with a pocketknife, and slashed Naumann's throat.
Amish employee probably. Everyone to their own. If it was me, I'd happily flip the switch, spring the trap door, slap the horse's butt, give the injection. But that's just me.
ReplyDeleteI'd be willing to give up the death penalty for life sentences at Colorado Supermax prison. Totally isolated from contact with others 24/7.
ReplyDeleteCan't take seriously anyone who condones pedophilia among its ranks. While this fraudster may not have abused anyone, his management role supports hiding the transgressions of the other fraudsters who are pedophiles. Who cares what a fraudster in a robe thinks? Because he believes in a fairy tale we should think his word carries more weight? Let's ask the victims of abuse by Catholic priests how they feel about that. Victims of police brutality have nothing on the victims of Catholic priests. Everyone should worry about their children when these pedobears are near. Systemic molestation.

ReplyDeleteNaumann said that “Murder is an unspeakable evil. Those who perpetrate such a crime have inflicted a grave injustice, not only upon the person who was murdered but also upon all their loved ones.”
“The criminal justice system has a responsibility to protect the innocent from victimization and to deter the commission of violent crimes."
Purely from an efficiency standpoint, anyone convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment should be executed. It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever to keep a person incarcerated for life when there's no chance for release.
Who would buy a dog if you have no plans to properly care for it, and you're going to keep it in a closet?
Who would establish a chain of clinics to make money by providing a lethal procedure in which unborn babies are killed?
Societal violence inevitably increases when the State abdicates their role as enforcer of the moral code. Just look at KCMO, with enablers like Mayor Lucas, Prosecutor JP Baker, fake-Dr. Archer, etc...
Death penalty for pedophile priests only.
ReplyDeleteand the criminal justice system is infallible.
ReplyDeleteBooze and Catholics go together. Often with bad results. The Catholic church looks good, but its a 1-way portal to hell
ReplyDeleteYou gotta lay off the Netflix & Chill
ReplyDeletePriests have got to lay off of young children's anuses! Does a Priest who rapes really have the power to forgive sins in the confession booth? Or did God dis-inherit him, thus NO SINS ARE FORGIVEN? God does not listen to the prayers of the ungodly.
ReplyDeleteI’m not sure if Jesus would be into organized religion, expensive churches, and the Halloween costumes that the Catholics wear ???
ReplyDelete10:50 No joke. Didnt he say the Pharasees were on the way to hell - and they had costumes, smoke from altars, gold, silver, temples and huge social status. The Catholics copied this. Pomp and Circumstance doesnt mean your a real religion. Many Popes and Priests will be fighting and cursing each other in hell. They should have known better.....you good works deletes your sin record? Nah, no way Jose! If it did, Jesus would not have had to come to earth
ReplyDeleteTrump's base checks in here with the insults and mocking of Catholics.
ReplyDeleteNot surprising. The GOP evangelicals hate Catholics as much as Trump hates POWs and veterans. It's why Trump is now losing the Catholic and military vote.
Catholics have murdered and burned more Christians than any other group - including the Muslims. Roman murdered many.
