Kansas state Sen. Julia Lynn not running for re-election
Kansas state Sen. Julia Lynn, who represents part of Johnson County, is no longer running for re-election.The Republican made the announcement on Facebook, saying she needs to care for her sister's declining health. Lynn said it has been the honor of a lifetime to serve the people of District 9.
