  5. While Lindemuth is a prick, courts made the right call.

    The first amendment is crystal clear: Congress SHALL MAKE NO LAW ... ABRIDGING THE FREEDOM OF SPEECH. The Founding Fathers made no proviso that would allow criminalization under any circumstances.

    We would all be better off compelling our governments to abide by the Constitution as written instead of trying to interpret it to fit agendas.

  6. There is room for consideration during the heat of the moment or during a fit of passion. Something spoken over the phone is completely different than an email where the person has to get the words in order (grammar), spell check, and think about what they are writing. Or in person where there is a clear opportunity to act. I will be diligent in protecting myself and those around me in any event.
