  1. And yet another condemnation of the incompetence and outright malfeasance of the "Special Prosecutor" in this case, Jean Peters Baker!

Video of the rape, a confession from the rapist and confirmation from witnesses, and Baker says "there was insufficient evidence to prosecute" the grandson of another public Official?

  2. The way victims are treated is horrible. Pray and support the victims!

  3. 6:43 spot on, Petersucker failed her and she has her blood on her hands.... along with the 1500 murder victims she’s given probation to the murderers, she’s dangerous for law abiding citizens and needs to be put in jail for life for failing to protect and serve the people.

  4. Was the victim a virgin?

  5. ^^^^Far from it and she wasn't the night the so called rape took place.

  6. ^^^^ Maybe not a virgin, but still only fourteen, five years younger than the High School Jock who got her drunk and raped her when she was passed out, while his buddy videoed the whole thing.

  7. As you remember Daisy's story and Audrie's story, don't forget the story of L.N.B. who was raped by Jacob Blake in Kenosha. Why does the sports industry always celebrate the rapists?

  8. Its easier to just shoot the perps whennobody is looking. AKA Skidmoor Missouri - bully shot dead in daylight - no body said a thing. 40 years later, nobody talking

  9. Maybe if we stop enabling victimhood and making it a celebrated "class" we would have fewer suicides and dysfunction.

I was sexually abused & assault for a period of two years when I was 10-12 years old. It was horrible and I've been affected no doubt in my life. However, this happened in the 1970s and when I sought therapy as a young adult I was able to move past it & accept it. Now, many decades later I've lived a productive life. Raised two outstanding kids and I'm set to retire in the next year.

Nobody should be a "victim" for the rest of their lives; no one should use victimhood as an identity whether you profit from it or not.

  10. there is a reason that rental car companies do not really call people an adult until age 25. even then, still not really.

  11. I know rape is a terrible crime. However there are examples of German woman raped at the end of WWII by enemy soviet soldiers that had just killed their families in front of them. These women survived, re-married, had more kids, never covered themselves with tatoos, never ask for justice and some moved to the USA and still live here, into their late 90's.

This gal was drinking at a wild party and was raped by someone she knew and didnt even know it till someone told her.

  12. ^^^^ They didn't "tell" her, butthole, they showed her the video the Jocks were passing around the School!

Agree with 1:01 - the Legal System is a creation by Society to deal with this sort of unpleasantness, but when it fails to function, or as in this case refuses to, the responsibility for dealing with this sort of thing falls back on Society's members.

  13. ^^^^ And she did know about it that same night @4:00, because the Jock dumped her on a lawn next to her Mother's house, naked from the waist down, (in freezing weather), and the neighbors were he ones that called the Police and Ambulance!

Then when the Jocks got arrested she and her Mother were run out of town by harassment from the "Good People of Maryville", after their house was set on fire - twice!

  14. Rape is wrong. But if your a very sexually active 14 year old girl, and the guys at school know it, you can expect some of the immature horney guys will try to have sex with you when your fall down drunk. If your a girl with a great reputation and don't allow shit, and stand up for yourself, and dont drink yourself into near death, then you can probably avoid rape in a crowded party.

I have a friend almost die in a car wreck. But he didnt remember it. So it was not tramatic for him. He has no fear of driving. She didnt even remember the rape. Getting unconciously drunk is a invitation to real trouble.

  15. How many people here on this board drunk themselves into a coma at age 14? I would like to know.

  16. Kids video everything nowdays. Thats not new. Its actually good, cause it can be used for evidence.

Some families are just cursed. Hers was one. Read about her childhood before the rape. She had no chance anyway

  17. As soon as the 1st tattoo showed up red alarm bells should have rung. Its an extreme act by someone unhappy and seeking something more to bring happiness. She was cute till the tats came along, then it was a darker situation

  18. Watch the KCTV video attached. The newslady in the studio looks exactly like a older Daisey and even has her hair parted and styled the same way. Are they related? Its freaky
