Suit seeks removal of racist language from HOA covenants
KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -- Two homeowners associations in Kansas City are taking some heat from the Missouri Attorney General because of racist language in their covenants. For about five years, Yolanda Davis has been living at her home on W. 59th St. "It's a really quiet neighborhood," she said.
Jesus Christ, that shit is from the original title book from the early 1900’s, it stopped meaning anything probably 70 or 80 years ago, more fake news from race baiting low educated morons.
ReplyDeleteWhy do you say “fake news” or low educated?
ReplyDeleteRestrictive covenants based on race aren’t fake. They are unenforceable but not fake. If a homeowner wanted to go to the time and trouble of filing court actions - injunctions or a declaratory judgment - to officially “strike out” such restrictions, its their business and can’t hurt anyone. If I was black and lived in a house with a deed restriction from 1920 saying “no blacks” I might think it was funny or it might bother me, who knows.
Blacks I've known tell me that you get used to racism.
ReplyDeleteBut, that doesn't mean it still isn't stupid & ugly.
It makes whites look evil.
