Justice Ginsburg's death 'devastating,' KC historian says

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's death is "devastating," according to one Kansas City area historian. Educator and historian Jane McClain has studied historic figures for years and said Ginsburg is about as big as they come. "She was a pioneer in women's rights and human rights, really," McClain said.

  2. ^^^ it’s only devastating because Trump has a chance to pick another scotus, they could give a fuck less about goonsberg. These people are stomping on her dead body because she didn’t last another six months hell, they’re the reason she didn’t get to spend her final years in retirement and this is how they show they’re respect for her. Sad.

  3. Yeah. Devastating.
Now I must go and do something important.
    Pick my teeth and fart.

  4. Devastating? How? It was expected. If she was immortal then suddenly died - maybe then devastating. The author is out of touch. When someone like Queen Isabella, or Queen Victoria or Joan or Ark dies it is devastating. But Ruth was an attorney - the most hated profession in America. And she screwed over black babies by pushing to expand abortion to minorities only. Few jewish babies are aborted and she knows that as a Jew herself. Glad she is GONE!

  5. Ruth is the devastated one - burning in Hell, judged by the God that delivered her tribe of Jewish people out of Egypt. The Judge has been sentenced to hell!

  6. Jane McClain is a very poor historian. Whats is she doing being quoted in the news? Ruth B.G. was not that important of a person in overall human history. Wage equalization would have happened anyway without Ruth. As of now, women STILL earn less than men. RBG was a pomp, egotistical, proud, manipulative, racist woman who loved the spotlight and being a celebrity. She loved people wearing tee shirts with her image, she loved being on TV, she wore lace shirts over the official Judge's garb to look "special", she thought she was better than anyone else. The nameless WWII Marines fighting the Japanese and dying on a remote islands made a bigger contribution and sacrifice than R.B.G. I think McClain should find another line of work. She has failed at being a historian.

  7. Yes, she was a strong advocate for women's issues. But that carried over to her Supreme Court work, so much that her judicial philosophy was whatever advanced that end. She was by far the most politicized of the Justices. Now it's Sotomayor.

  8. What is devastating is the selfish cruelty of the people who would not let her retire to spend her last years in rest with her loved ones because they loved politics more. They will demand everything and crush everyone in the name of their unholy crusade. Truly, they are human scum.

    ReplyDelete
  9. ^^Nobody kept her from retiring, & she is not burning in hell. She didn't kill anyone.

  10. Good God people the women was 87 years old and had fought cancer several times. You knew she didn't have long to go and if her death is devastating she should have retired under Obama so he could have put another liberal or a muslim in her seat. So this isn't about her death it's about her seat.

  11. It's not devastating. Old jews die daily. Even more so with whu flu on the loose.

  12. 4:57 exactly right.

    "Historian" = Apparatchik liar.

  13. What kind of "human right" is it when it's okay for the government to throw you out of your house because some other private individual will pay more in property taxes than you were for your piece of ground? That's the nexus of Kelo Vs New London, and Ginsberg thought that was okay. Be careful who you hold up as an icon.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Dear 4:57: Hitler never killed 1 person himself. Charles Manson never killed 1 person himself. Bin Laden never killed 1 person himself. Ruth never personally killed 1 person herself.

They organized people under them to do the killing: The SS, the Manson girls, the terror groups, planned parenthood.

    Guilty by association

  15. She considered herself a God. Now she stands corrected. She is devastated now. There is a hell. She is there.

    ReplyDelete
  16. She's still dead and doesn't get to dictate who picks her replacement and when. Definitely time for an upgrade. If the bitch wanted a libtard replacement she should have retired when ObaMAO was still king. She thought she could fight off the dirtnap. OOPSIE! Minor miscalculation there Ruth! How's Hell treatin' ya? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

  18. “The president has the constitutional duty to nominate; the Senate has the constitutional obligation to provide advice and consent,” Biden wrote in a New York Times op-ed in 2016. “It is written plainly in the Constitution that both presidents and senators swear an oath to uphold and defend.”

He doesn't remember saying that of course but, then again, he doesn't remember where he is or what he's running for either. I think Demonrats call that "plausible deniability." 😏

  19. all the uber-lib MSM women gushing over the Hideous RBG being a member of SCOTUS, will be dumping on the woman President Trump appoints to serve on the SCOTUS

    Typical lib Demosleazeball hypocrites

  20. CNN reports the Marxist Democrat Party will embalm Ginsburg into perpetuity for her carcass to be viewed in a glass coffin by Communist Party members.

Famous Russian embalmer, Ivan Sonofabitch, who embalmed Vladmir Lenin, will be flown in from Moscow to supervise the embalming.

CNN's Anderson Cooper and Jake Tapper explored each other's rectal cavities while explaining the embalming procedure to their audience.

  21. Since Hitler's Mom tried to abort him several times, when Ruth meets Hitler in hell, and she supports abortion, a fight is gonna break out. And she will lose! Maybe they have already met in hell by now...

  22. Hey Bandit @7:15...
"The American people are about to weigh in on who is going to be the president. And that's the person, whoever that may be, who ought to be making this appointment."
    (Mitch McConnell, 2016)

    Doesn't HE remember that either?

  23. What did RBG say about the president making an appointment in an election year?

"There’s nothing in the Constitution that says the President stops being President in his last year. Eight is not a good number for a collegial body that sometimes disagrees.”

    ReplyDelete
  24. McConnell is NOT a hypocrite for pushing for a Supreme Court replacement because the Republicans control both the White House and the Senate, unlike the Democrats in 2016, who controlled only the White House. Since the 1880s, no Senate has confirmed an opposite-party president's Supreme Court nominee in a presidential election year. The Democraps are masters of taking things out of context and outright lying.

  25. I have been in a great mood since hearing of her death. She was n egomanic. had she lived to be 1,000 she would have insisted on being part of the supreme court

    ReplyDelete
  26. RBG's last wish was that her position on court wouldnt be filled by Trump. But a dying fetus's last wish was to live....RBG made sure the fetus died. She supported women have careless sex and having abortions. What a demon!

    ReplyDelete
  27. All the aborted fetus's souls in the afterlife were just waiting for her to die, so they could get her. Yes all 70 million of them.

  28. And yet 9:50 continues to lie, even after having been corrected many times. Weird, but typical for a Trumptard.

  29. I voted for Obama, but now the Democrats have become the party of lies, lawlessness, abortion (even after the baby is born), violence destroying once great American cities, high taxes on our paychecks, weak military, open borders, free healthcare for illegal aliens at taxpayer expense, defunding the police, sanctuary cities and more idiotic ideas. No thanks.

  30. she may have died a long time ago. how would you tell, anyway? maybe it has been "weekend at bernie's" at the Court for a while now and the smell is emanating from her chambers

funny how we have this High Priesthood of ancient robed sages. our secular sanhedrin

and the right wing think the supreme court is more important than the country! this is going to be awesome to watch.

  31. What does it gain a woman to obtain the whole world, yet lose her soul?

Its appointed for each woman to die once, then after that face God's judgement

Ruth believed in a backyard pet rock and herself as the only "God in the universe". Things are NOT going well for her now. But at least she believes in God 100% at this point!

    ReplyDelete
  32. ^^^ You believe in fairy tales. Grow the fuck up already.

  33. 2:22 - I understand what your view is. You think that "if" there really was a God, he has to be like Santa Claus, love everyone, and there would be no deformed children born and no crime, no poverty, and no "hell" or punishments. Since deformed babies exist along with crime etc you simple say "this doesnt match my idea of God, therefore God cannot exist. But God exists and he is very different than what humans can even comprehend.

Take a pet dog, drive him to Cape Caniveral, sit him next to a huge rocket on the launch pad. He has no clue what it is, what is made of, what it can do. That like us trying to understand God with out limited abilities. Only the Bible gives any glimpse of what God is. And he is not without wrath!

  34. She supressed the truth about Christ, and therfore will not partake in his offer of salvation. How many Churches with crosses on the steeples did she pass in her whole lifetime? 20,000? How many times did she her Jesus's name, or Billy Graham sermons on TV in the 1960's? She never honored Christ as God, and she turned to darkness. She made her own God - herself, and ignored her won sinfulness, mistaking her success as righteousness. She is not qualified for heaven as a result and will not go to heaven. The Judge Ruth, has been judged herself and condemned. Dont make the same mistake!
