KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A teenager has been charged with murder after allegedly shooting a man to death in a marijuana deal. Alvin D. Muldrew III, 17, of Kansas City, Missouri, is charged in Jackson County Circuit Court with second-degree murder, four counts of armed criminal action, two counts of assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
