Kansas City Desperately Seeking ANYTHING To Replace Old School Board Building

Coronavirus killed the development game and now locals wonder what will fill a HUGE VOID that once served as the center of local learning . . . Hint, the answer isn't new condos.

What's next for prime piece of real estate following demolition of old KCPS headquarters

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -- The old Kansas City Public School headquarters is being demolished, but it's been a very slow process. Demolition of the historic buildings started quietly inside the building as the pandemic hit the metro like a wrecking ball back in March. The more visible deconstruction started in June.

Not a "prime piece of Real Estate" at all.
Immediately east and northeast of it are huge minority-infested warrens of non-working idlers and idiots.
