Austin Jackson faces charges of second-degree assault, tampering with a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident and driving while revoked or suspended related to the Monday morning incident in which a car crashed into a home near 38th Street and Pittman Road .

A man who provided massages for female athletes at the University of Kansas will have to face trial on charges accusing him of sexually abusing a young girl, a judge determined Tuesday.Shawn O'Brien, 49, of Lawrence, was charged in February with indecent liberties with a child based on allegations he had sexually abused the girl multiple times when she was 9 or 10 years old, the Lawrence Journal-World reported.

US Attorney: 355 arrests, 122 guns seized in Operation: LeGend

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) - Federal officials are sharing the latest data on Operation: LeGend, the Department of Justice initiative designed to work with local law enforcement to address spikes in violent crime. U.S. Attorney Tim Garrison is reporting that the effort has netted 355 arrests since its start, including the arrest of 33 suspects in homicide cases.

With the Kansas City administration the past few years and the large black population where all of the murders take place, the only thing I could tell people is, stock up on candles and balloons. Oh and get some knee pads, you know to kneel to the thugs and praise them.
