Mill Creek Fountain goes gold for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - More than 40 children per day are diagnosed with cancer, and the fountain in Mill Creek Park turned gold Saturday in honor of those individuals. Olathe-based Braden's Hope for Childhood Cancer spearheaded the event, which is part of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.

I’m surprised mayor mckneely allowed this to happen, he’s so focused on dividing the city with his racist bullshit. Thank god he didn’t spit in the face of sick and dying children...... yet

Looks like BLM piss.

If a fountain turns gold, for a good cause, and there is no one there to see it, does it really change color?

Oh my gosh did Byron Funkhouser Piss in Nichols fountain again? Last year I found his turd in it.

Now let me ask Quinton Lucas, is this for white children too or just black children. You know for the cause of BLM leave whitey out and all.

J.C. Nichols sure did put together a great Plaza didn't he. That J.C. Nichols fountain is and always has been the sight for everything Kansas City.

Will always love the NICHOLS FOUNTAIN. Not crazy about the piss-colored water even though it’s for a good cause.
