Kansas City Coronavirus Eviction Crisis Earns More Nationwide Attention

Behind a paywall, this note doesn't give Prez Trump much credit for an executive order eviction moratorium.

More importantly, locals looking at the local low-end real estate crisis realize that the financial devastation in this cowtown will take YEARS to fix and will linger despite hope for a COVID-19 vaccine.

Thousands have been evicted in the pandemic. Housing experts say Trump's new ban is a temporary fix.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - In the past three months, the Thursday eviction court on the seventh floor of this courthouse in downtown Kansas City has become a masked parade of pandemic despair.

There's not enough economic activity to support 30% of jobs or rent. The poor as usual are slammed hardest. Trump did the right thing.

It's not going to be fixed. Landlords will default. Lenders will foreclose. Freeloaders will still be out. Those bills still have to be paid whether you squat or not. Welcome to reality. NOTHING is free.

It's coming! Wait for it!

At the end of the moratorium, enough past due rent will have accumulated to make it worth the landlords' while to sue to recover it.

Lenders that foreclose will not permit squatters to remain rent free. Reality is a bitch and it is going to smack them hard in the face.

^^always more spam. He just can't stop.

Nothing is FREE no matter what it is. Somebody, somewhere is paying for it. Difficult concept for libtards.

^^almost as much as stop spamming for Russian trolls.

Telling them that is like showing Dracula a cross (libtards hate crosses too though).

Big surprise that a Washington Post editorial (aren't all of their articles on Trump effectively editorials) doesn't give Trump credit for his eviction ban EO. Couldn't have that.

^^cause he can't ban evictions wholesale retard. Learn how America works. CHUD.

I'm going to laugh my ass off when these squatter leeches are forcibly removed. That will happen. they just have a stay of execution.

I enjoy the fact that chimpy gets his ass handed to him daily since The Bandit came upon the scene.

His responses clearly illustrate his limitations. Once past Rissia, Chud, weird, geriatric and boomer, he's pretty much done.

He needs to spend much more time in the tree eating fat fleas groomed off momma and sistas, to obtain the energy to try to respond effectively.

Dance li'l Bandito, dance.

It was always gonna be a temporary fix because the dimwits will fuck it up sooner or later, that’s what they do, destroy everything

This CHUD had four successful evictions in the last seven days. Three from Jackson County and one from Clay. I guess the courts in Missouri haven't gotten the word yet.
