Kansas City 2020 Plaza Art Fair Plagued By Continued COVID-19 Crackdown & Fear

The local tradition is in name only and really paints a sad picture of local pandemic life that remains dramatically scaled back amid civil unrest and concern over the continued spread of coronavirus.
