Enjoy Kansas City Coronavirus Overnight

Try as they might, locals public television moviemakers can't duplicate the cowtown nightlife that has now pretty much vanished amid this time of plague.

Still, a Kansas City variety show of sorts offers a glimmer of hope that local (attempts at) entertainment persist amid "unprecedented times" and despite the rising level of anger that seems ready to boil over into something even more terrifying than interpretive dance.

Accordingly, here's the description of tonight's presentation . . .

"This edition of Kansas City Experience features the first of a three part series that examines how the history of birthing care unfolded in the U.S., a taste test of beers that celebrate the Super Bowl Champion Chiefs, a review of the new Jason Sudeikis show Ted Lasso, life on a ranch with some KC entrepreneurs, a local man's journey to celebrate his 69th birthday and a Hermon Mehari performance."

Take a look . . .

Hopefully, more for the morning update . . . STAY TUNED!!!

  1. Fun times.

At least they're trying to do something upbeat and not just ranting on a blog.

    Think about it!

I know this is supposed to be a late night post for people to relax but, come on, we've got a lot of important things going on right now. Our president could be trying to overthrow the election and people still keep on Marching In the Street over police brutality. Yes local entertainment is good but right now the focus must be on what's happening in our city and our nation. Also, Jason Sudeikis is overrated.
