Illegal sideshows at KCK park with hundreds in attendance have residents uneasy
KANSAS CITY, Kan. - Kaw Point Park is usually a calm place. However, over the past few weeks, neighbors say it's become anything but. There have been burnouts, donuts and hundreds of people hanging out and drinking at illegal sideshows.
I see it as a way to add money to the U.G. coffers - simply start writing tickets for defacing public property. Thirty - thirty five years ago that was a 25-35 dollar fine in wyco.
