TKC EXCLUSIVE!!! AFTER SOCIAL JUSTICE NEW KCI OUTCRY, IDEKER STAYS WINNING MORE AIRPORT CONTRACTS!!!
Our blog community was FIRST to talk about a curious new KCI bids before it was flipped amid City Hall intrigue, accusations of racism and council grudge matches.
But the story doesn't stop there . . .
CHECK NEW KCI CONTRACTS UNDER CONSIDERATION FOR ABOUT 10 MILLION BUCKS WITHOUT MUCH COMPETITION!!!
At a price of $3,192,375.75 and then $6,656,801.50 Ideker, Inc. has quickly bested their competition as Mayor & Council have taken a more active role in the bidding process.
Why is this company so lonely amid the New KCI bidding process???
Surely competition might help New KCI achieve the best price and better results if we're to believe the basic tenets of capitalism. Or maybe, insiders suggest, local companies have seen the political hot mess involved in doing biz with the new airport and opted out. Either way . . . In the meantime we've seen airline prices increase and a great deal of political division emerge in the aftermath of the latest airport debate.
Even more interestingly and because the racially charged debate over New KCI opened this can of worms . . .
Behind the scenes, there's a renewed concern about new KCI minority participation that Mayor & Council will be confronted with shortly.
Developing . . .
new kci is a disaster in the making.
ReplyDeleteIt was always rigged, now it's ripped.
Yet the public voted for it overwhelmingly. Weird.
Delete^^^
DeleteLook at the people holding and running for office. People vote for a lot of dumb things.
have they added a corona testing section?
ReplyDeleteThe fountain makes the space. Looking forward to seeing it.
ReplyDeletecorruption around the edges is likely part of every municipal construction everywhere.
ReplyDeleteit is wrong bit it's hard to get too excited about it.
There's enough construction going on in the area that companies don't have to put up with working for the City.
ReplyDeleteLOL the new KCI is gonna be plagued with poor workmanship problems and fall apart rapidly.
ReplyDeleteThe old KCI stood for 50 years, was convenient and and only needed updates
Who the hell in their right mind qould even want that clusterfuck?
ReplyDeleteWhy do we allow race to be any kind of consideration in public contracts? What makes blacks so special to get this edge? Nothing at all. We need a race blind society but blacks won't allow it. Race is their crutch.
ReplyDelete^^Yours too it seems.
ReplyDeleteEEOC was created to overpay the incompetent for jobs that they are not qualified for.
ReplyDelete9:18, agreed - there is no rational reason why, after decades of race and gender set-asides, MBEs and WBEs can't compete for contracts on the same basis as all other bidders. It's time to get racism and sexism out of public contracting.
ReplyDeleteI agree Bandit, as the EEOC is there only for black people.
ReplyDeleteWe DEMAND the new airport be named BLM/MLK International, or you're racissssssst.
ReplyDelete^^Well you're racist either way so....
ReplyDeleteIdeker needs to be renamed the St. Joseph mafia. they are corrupt. How does one company win all the concrete contracts at KCI with no opposition from city council, no other bidders, and everytime they aren't low they simply ask for a rebid then win. and the mayor and council allows this behavior.
ReplyDeleteKCI needs eyes on this in your face, front porch corruption and contract steering
ReplyDeletecurious....any women or minorities getting this work? I'm going to guess...NO. Because Ideker doesn't support women or minorities. like any gangster racist gender discriminating man he doesn't care. wants it all to himself.
ReplyDelete12:07 from reading this sounds like new airport should be named Ideker International
ReplyDeleteAn extra ten dollars a ticket will not pay for the new Airport. Less business travelers and many more vacation travelers have had there pay cut .inflation. BUSINESS IS having more tela, conferences. Many times I don't have to travel. I can close a Deal over the Phone or Computer. No Hotels or Hotel Food.
ReplyDeleteYup! That new airport is extremely necessary. https://www.cnn.com/2020/08/24/business/delta-airlines-pilot-furloughs/index.html
