Man accused of killing LeGend Taliferro extradited back to Kansas City

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV/AP) -- The suspect accused of killing 4-year-old LeGend Taliferro is now back in Kansas City. Ryson Ellis, 22, was extradited to the Jackson County Detention Center. LeGend was asleep on the floor of his father's apartment back in June when a shot was fired into his home that struck and killed him.
