If they were afraid of filling out the census they are probably not here legally. Representation should be apportioned in accordance with citizens and legal residence. This is a good thing, especially if the trend extends to California.

ReplyDeleteThose who complain about illegals are ignorant about the cost of services their community must still provide and pay for. An accurate census count insures they get Federal funding to help pay for those services.
