ReplyDeleteHe was a good Chief. He replaced a very bad Chief. A really bad Chief! His dept. is very good now. I've lived here for 30 years. He will be missed. To those naysayers above, it was the prior Chief that had the crappy actions done. This Chief straightened things out.
