Eight bedrooms. Ten bathrooms. All for just under $3 million. "This home is probably one of Kansas City's most historic properties," said owner and real estate agent Peter Caster. Good luck getting that kind of money in this shithole! Nobody is going to pay that.

It would make a great B&B if it wasn't located in the Ghetto!

Maybe the City should hand Ollie Gates the money to buy it, like they did for both his Cleaver BLVD. Joint and his Corporate HQ, then he could create the World's first B&B&Q!

"For ten times its selling price." Useless information. Try selling price + costs of renovation.

The house is an important part of Kansas City's historical heritage and in one of Kansas City's finest neighborhoods.
