  1. Keep political opinions out of sports it is entertainment. The NBA and MLB are loosing support quickly. Fans do not want to be preached to. Thanks to the plandemic many have found other things to do. The NFL would be wise to learn from the mistakes of the other entertainment leagues.

    2) Pay for free admission to the Chief's games for 100 kids from the Hood that cannot afford it.

    3) Be seen spending your money at black-owned businesses in the most crime infested parts of town.

Do this, Patty-cakes, and then we will talk about how black lives matter to you.

  13. "Only about one in four (27%) of all fans agree with “when I tune into sports I want to hear about political opinions.” Over half (50.2%) disagree with that statement. That number increases to 58.6% for at-risk NFL fans who don’t want to hear about politics while watching."

  14. Should athletes, broadcasters and sponsors promote politics?

Two out of three respondents answered “no” when asked, “Do you care about the politics of any individual athlete?” The vast majority (79%) of at-risk-fans of the NBA report no interest in the politics of an individual athlete.

  17. McHomie , just another sports god to the people with no accomplishments or lives. The sad part is that anyone cares what any "Star" , NFL /NBA player of Hollyqueer person thinks. Talent does not make one a authority on human rights, constitutional scholar or civil rights attorney. Except to the weekend ball scratchers.

  29. Superwealthy people build a franchise around themselves. An aura of do-good holiness like Gates, Buffet, Soros, Trump, Winfrey. This allows them to earn from their personal brand and protects them.

They need the little people taking sides and bickering for or against them. That way no one questions in principle the legitimacy of obscene wealth for a few, only how it is should be spent.

It's a good defense, a grand strategy, that has protected the 0.1% for thousands of years and maintained a level of stability and general good.

Now, back to bread, circus, and your regularly scheduled programming...

Yes, this nation's so fucking racist that a biracial kid from a broken home in the most conservative part of the bible belt achieves more before he's 25 years old than 99.4% of us Honky's ever will in our lives. Why? Because he has skills that someone's willing to pay him half a Bil for, not the color of his skin.
