FREE!!! KANSAS GUV KELLY CANCELS RENT FOR TWO WEEKS!!!

A bold economic declaration impacts property owners across the state whilst attempting to provide relief during the pandemic.

Here's the money line . .

“No Kansan should be kicked out of their home during this pandemic, that’s just wrong,” said Gov. Kelly. “I know landlords are also impacted by this decision and we are also reviewing a number of options to support landlords while this executive order is in effect.

Check the links . . .

KAKE: The executive order will last two weeks and the governor said if the federal government does not reach an agreement when the order expires, she will issue another extension.

KSHB: Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly to sign 2-week moratorium on evictions, foreclosures

KWCH: She said she did not believe counties would be able to amend the order on the local level. The new executive order would only apply to renters or homeowners affected by COVID-19.

Nothing is free. Somebody always pays.

All you free rent bums in Missouri can mover over the state line. The money should be coming out of her pocket though.

I don't know how this idiot is going to do this, but I will say this, she had better make sure no landlord will go into foreclosure on this issue or the state of Kansas will go bankrupt with lawsuits. This should be funny to watch. I really think Kelly opened a can of worms. This can't be done and won't work. Is she really that stupid?

Ask me if I care Chimpytard. It's not a race except in your tiny little mind.

I guess this would be something if rent wasn’t paid monthly, at the beginning og the month.

Bandit said...

Or the beginning of the lease which could be on any day of the month. Landlords don't let places sit empty to start things out on the first of the month.

Someone will pay for this loonatic’s decision. She’s a complete idiot. In her mind, screw the property owner’s trying to earn a living. Will she pay my mortgage next month?

Thankyou Gov. Kelly for caring about people. Decent housing should be a basic human right.

Anonymous said...

As long as you don’t have to pay for it, right? I think I saw that in the Constitution, “decent housing is a basic human right”. I think we should all be entitled to a Lexus, $100 bottles of wine, and filet mignonette every night. Those should be basic rights too......yeah, that’s the ticket.

Is Governor Kelly pulling money out of her own pocket for this or will this be another tax the state of
Kansas imposes on us?

All you authoritarian bootlickers can go suck Trump's dickless crotch.

Because the whole sky fell down onto the last eviction moratorium, right?

The KS governor looks like a dude but I thought his name was Laura.

Trump also signed an executive order on banning evictions 2 weeks ago.

But you all think he's awesome and Kelly is an idiot?

TKC has become the dumbest corner on the internets.

It would have made more sense to have the president just move the payments on cars and houses to the end of the note. Banks could and should do this so as not to cause another housing bubble again..

Wake up said...

Trump didn’t sign any executive order banning evictions he only said the government will try to help them if they are being evicted that’s funny it won’t happen but look up the facts the executive orders he signed are basically useless

Wake up said...

So true but that’s what e we got for a president useless his executive orders were just that useless they did not stop evictions

Wake up said...

I get it nobody right not should be put out on the street but also the landlords that got house payments should not have to be in jeapordy of not being able to pay their house notes so it works both ways if you help people not being evicted which is very important then you must help the ones that still got a house payment to make seriously

The State of Kansas is getting exactly what it should be paying for by electing a progressive liberal whackadoo. I agree with on of the earlier contributors ... if she breaks a few landlords, banks will be jeopardized and the State of Kansas will be defending countless lawsuits. Additionally, what effect will this money grab have on people’s decisions to invest in real estate in Kansas. By the time the fallout from this misguided plan ends, real estate in Kansas will be cheap enough for the Blogger King to relocate out of his mothers basement and into a private home, might even be a mansion, in Kansas. A big shout out to Governor K... oops, NOT. Maybe a collective simultaneous moment of flatulence from Tony’s Blogging Community... at least the hapless ones who live in Kansas.
