  1. And yet this awesome city’s infrastructure isn’t old and busted at all. Weird.

  4. The water main break represents the Mayor 10-10-10’s tenure and leadership the past few months.

It just goes everywhere and gets everything wet. Nothing gets done and it shuts everything down.
It makes up rules of its own as it runs around joining other drains.
It follows gravity and there’s lots more where it came from as it waits for others to fix it.

Next time you see a water leak remember this: A parody of Mayor 10-10-10’s thought quotient.

  6. Was this caused by a "My-No-Eye-Tay" Contractor hire?

  7. Be sure to paint the street BLM - Black and Yeller and no one will notice the water main break.

Clark Hunt's Arrowhead Stadium never has water main breaks thanks to $250 million of property tax dollars !

Clarkie and his NFL millionaires will be sure to take a knee during the national anthem to thank all of you hard-working, patriotic taxpayers out there !

  8. Who were the contractors ?

Fred G. Sanford and his son LaMont ?

  10. Most of city hall has been working from home since March, the only people down there are labor class employees. Many home builders in the area have been complying they can’t get ahold of management when a problem comes up and when they finally contact them it’s two or three weeks later.

  11. Used to work at 13th and Locust. Lost count of the number of times the City would dig up the pavement and repave the same spot.
