Total bullshit. And I'm generally anti-death penalty.
ReplyDeleteit doesn't take long timewise to fax a prescription but..........my first thought was a ploy against the trump administration.
ReplyDeleteNo need to wait for the lethal drugs. Put him in general population. The inmates will have it take care of before the sun goes down. People like him don't last long in prison unless they are segregated from everybody else.
ReplyDeleteA 9mm hollow point doesn't require a prescription!
ReplyDeleteSell lottery tickets for a drawing for the privilege of pulling the trigger on this piece of shit, you might be able to balance the Budget!
Better check the judge's hard drive for pictures of little girls.
ReplyDeleteGo to the judge's wiki page and see the cases she is known for, judicial activism at it best...and....wait for it....an Obama appointee

You need a prescription to legally obtain the lethal drug. You can't have the government breaking its own laws. Pretty basic stuff.
ReplyDeleteGood news! The DC circuit court of appeals has overturned Chutkan's idiotic order. Nelson may appeal to yhe Supreme Court but it is doubtful they'll stay the execution. He will finally pay for his crime like his Navajo friend did last night.
