Capitalism Might Be Rigged: Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes Bought New Ferrari Whilst Most Fans Are Desperately Waiting For Coronavirus Gubmint Check

Here's a reminder to stop bothering youngsters about "hard work" given that MOST careers can and will be automated in the future and there never really was much reward in holding one of many b.s. jobs form taxpayer subsided corporations . . . Speaking of, let's not forget that local taxpayers basically subsidized this purchase:

Check Out Patrick Mahomes' New Ferrari

While most of the sporting world has been put on hold this summer due to COVID-19, Patrick Mahomes has been on fire this year. Mahomes celebrated his Super Bowl win, huge contract extension and partial baseball team ownership by purchasing a brand-new Ferrari 812 Superfast, according to a social media post from ESPN football analyst Louis Riddick.

  1. Hey now, at least Mahomes is creating jobs.

Too bad most of them are in sweat shops making merch.

  2. Yo Dawg. ^^^ Stop telling the Truth. National Felon League supports the hell out of modern day Slavery. That's why they take a Knee to accept their own 500 million dollar check. Illegal drug use, criminal activities and backing of slavery equates to the let's pretend to care in America. diverting the finger towards those that don't. True Dat.

It's his money. He can do what he wants with it. I thought buying into the Royals was pissing money into a hole but it's still his money. Should anybody have any input into what you do with yours? Friggin nation of Karens! Worry about your own life and stay the hell out of others.

  8. Cool car; just wish taxpayer funds were not used to subsidize the Chiefs.

With TV revenue, $60 parking, $150 tickets, and $10 beers the Chiefs should be able to support themselves if they can pay $480 million contracts to players.

Seems ridiculous when KC roads are filled with potholes, shortage of 100 cops compared to the 1990's, sewer and water lines bursting throughout the City due to lack of maintenance and replacement.

  9. MChomeboy can do anything he wants, that is Capitalism . With that said, He sure is spending dat money . Perhaps needing a guidance mentor. Today we are the Champs, tomorrow is uncertain.

    ReplyDelete
  10. POTHOLES ? While KC give him millions in taxpayer funds. His fellow Millionaire Bros take a knee and watch all the hood get evicted. Another scam of diversion vs actual care. Know the difference between actual giving and "giving" so you can take it off your taxes giving. As that is what they do best. Look at me I took $150k off my taxes , I mean I gave out 300 meals at THanksgiving. True Dat

  11. He earned every dollar he receives.

    He had a goal.

    He made a plan.

He achieved his goal through hard work and keeping his eye on the goal.

This is available for anyone who is willing to put the time into working the plan.

    Enjoy the day...

  12. Mahomes is one of those idiots who thinks that money will never stop. He's not smart you can tell by looking at him he's a little slow. So let him enjoy his toys and then go out and preach BLM while doing nothing for them. He supports Susan Rosenberg and the communist party. It's a shame we had someone like him come to our city and make things worse.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Big upfront cost but he'll likely make money on the 812 in the near term due to limited production #'s. Plus, in Ferrari terms, the maintenance on a front-engine is much less than the mid-engine models. Looking forward to seeing it out on the street sometime soon!

    ReplyDelete
  14. Patrick Mahomes seems like a good guy and wish him well.

The point is; the Chiefs are a private business with a billionaire owner.

There is no reason for taxpayers to be paying $250 million in property tax receipts to fund Arrowhead Stadium renovations especially if Clark Hunt can give his players $480 million contracts.

You have Jackson County taxpayers barely scraping by to purchase groceries and utilities and the tax money should be used for the schools, roads, water and sewer infrastructure.

The Ferrari alone would probably feed 500 Kansas Citian's.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Good for him. He has turned a talent into a better life. That's what we're all supposed to be doing to one degree or another. And at least he will likely be an active father in the lives of his future children. That's a great accomplishment for men of all races, but especially African American men. A child without a father or father figure in the home has a 20 times likelihood of spending time in prison. This is why the BLM's goal of destroying the traditional nuclear family of having a mother and father is so radical and stupid. And it's just one reason why the sports leagues are so dumb for featuring that radical organization in any way to appear "woke."

    ReplyDelete
  16. Professional sports are circling the drain. Daddy never taught him shit about economics. Bad time to flout his spoils. Get over yourself little boy. Won't be no one in the stands to cry out their adulation this fall for you. Practice sacking groceries.

    ReplyDelete
  17. ^^ And why all those people in Prairie Village and other areas of town are so stupid for having BLM signs in their yards. Not sure how many of these sign owners know what BLM's stated goals are and how crazy they are.

    ReplyDelete
  18. The NBA and MLB are both suffering low TV ratings. It's not a coincidence. Most sports experts thought the ratings would be through the roof because people have more time to watch the games because of COVID. But the leagues have increasingly alienated viewers with their radical agendas.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Public subsidies most definitely are not ‘capitalism’. The Jackson County Stadium sales tax freed up the money for Mahomeboy’s salary. Shouldn’t we all get a chance to ride in Patrick ‘Mo’ Money!’ Mahomes stylin’ ride?

    ReplyDelete
  20. Cool, get your money while you can because we are all finding something else to do. They fire up that second national anthem I will go for a bike ride. Bye bye NFL

He runs a blog not a newspaper or magazine dumbass 11:11. Therefore he is not a "journalist." Blogs are opinion not news much like the comments here. They are news related. I realize that this is confusing to you since much of the opinion out there is reported as "news" but slow down and get help sounding out the big words if necessary. You just might get it.

Most ground locomotion is characterized by quadrupedal knuckle walking.) Well, you do better than most, even learning how to type, and now, if you wish to enjoy what's left of your daily eight to ten hours of ignorant ad-hominems , grab a banana and return to the tree for a nap. Afterwards, rested, you can resume your stupid posting.

  41. I owned a nice Ferrari 308 just like the Magnum PI car. It taught me alot about human nature and how truly "clueless" people are. Example: I cant count the number of times I would come out of a store or return to the car after walking at the park - and a family is standing next to the car asking if I would give their son a ride around the block. I used to do that just so they didnt think I was a pompus jerk. But I would tell the child not to be too impressed, it was just a car, it has the same parts under the body as any other car and they break down and get old and wear out, not to be overly impressed by the shape of the body. That there were many more important things in life than a nice car. But I was then shocked that a family would let me drive off with their kid-thinking my wealth is proof of my honesty? There is actually an inverse relationship between wealth and honesty! But parents letting their kids ride off with a stranger? I always stayed in sight of the parents and drove slowly. But those same parents would not even look at, or recognize me, or say hi at the park when I drove my 1998 Buick Lesabre sedan. People base most of their ideas off appearance. Oh and at stoplights when a car full of pretty girls pulled up next to me, I loved to ignore them completely. Like they werent there. I inherited the car, I didnt buy it to impress chicks.

    ReplyDelete
  42. the young man wins the zoot suit

    ReplyDelete
  43. 12:48 I do agree with you on appearances. I worked at a company where there were 2 guys that looked the same -"dopplegangers" I think you call them. But one guy was about 6'6" and the other 5'2". The shorter guy was smarter and more productive. But the taller guy got all the promotions and ended up as a V.P. - it was so obvious that it was based purely on appearance. That extra 16 inch length of the taller guys legs were all that mattered! People are still thinking on a caveman level.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Why blame Mahomes? There's a lot of money to be made off the backs of genetic lottery winners, and then they spend that money. Problem? If you don't like it, quit watching that stupid game, don't buy the merchandise, or try to develop the skills required to be a Superbowl-winning Quarterback in the NFL.

    ReplyDelete
  45. 1:05 people know you are talking to yourself.

    ReplyDelete
  46. if you are not, you two are "dopplegangers that should fuck each other in the ass" I think you call them.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Patrick is going to pay a huge amount to the federal government. Tax shelters are not a thing of the past. The amount he spent on the car is tiny compared to the federal income tax he will pay. Let him enjoy the car.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Thats George Soro's Ferrari, he gave it to Mahoomes to make things equal.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Mahomes sold his services for what the market would pay. Everybody who has a job as employee or contractor does the same thing. Employees and contractors do not sell their services below market, and neither should Mahomes.

    ReplyDelete
  50. He sold his services to an organization that is protected from competition by the government and subsidized by taxpayers. It may be a market but that market is not a free one.

    ReplyDelete
  51. ^ Nobody is faulting Mahomes for taking the money.

The fault lies with government leaders giving a private enterprise like the Chiefs - $250 million of taxpayer funds that should be used for schools, road repair, police protection, water and sewer services; the basics in life to survive.

    ReplyDelete
  52. 1:05

An extra 16 inches ALWAYS matters. ;)

    ReplyDelete
  53. Ferraris are not that expensive. A Bugatti or Pagonda is millions. A 1967 Ferrari that originally cost $6900 just sold for $20,000,000 at auction last year. If you buy and hold it could actually be a investment. PLUS people will pay alot more for a superbowl winners ferrari, than just a doctor's ferrari.

    And its Chiefs Red!

16" only means something when your standing up. When you laying in bed asleep, everyone is the bascially the same "height". A 20 story building thats on its side is only 1 story tall. In Japan a man 5'4 would be tall! In Monaco nobody would ever glance at Patrick's Ferrari. It would be everyday, not worth the movement of your head to view.

    ReplyDelete
  54. A Ferrari Superfast starts at $350,000. It goes up with options.

    ReplyDelete
  55. $350,000. will buy you maybe 2 square feet of land in Monaco. Patrick would be considered poor there. It is one of the last true tax free havens to live.
