Ex-Pharmacist Robert Courtney argues he should be released early because he has numerous health problems that put him at risk of contracting COVID-19 and because he has made post-sentencing efforts to rehabilitate himself.
“Obviously, nothing has changed about the nature and seriousness of the offense,” the document says. “The 30 year sentence was, and remains, just punishment.”

ReplyDeleteThe Bureau of Prisons was following the guidelines that have been in place for many years.
As terrible as his crime was, he was not convicted of murder.
